- 1958 - Gene Wilson started Wilson and Son Tire.
- 1980 - Sons Jim and Bob took over and renamed Wilson Brothers Tire.
- 1995 - Current general manager Scott Walker joined Wilson Brothers.
- 2001 - Jim and Vicky Wilson acquired ownership and renamed Wilson Tire with Scott Walker.
- 2005 - Wilson Tire joined the Best-One group dealers as part of W.D. Tire Corporation. Scott Walker took over as GM with Vicky Wilson as office manager.
